Product isn't one job. It's all the jobs — understanding the user, shaping the roadmap, working through the technical constraints, aligning the go-to-market, reading the data, then doing it again. That's how I've always thought about it.

Five years across SaaS, Fintech, and Edtech — from co-founding a startup and raising capital, to shipping AI-native products for enterprise clients at global scale. Every role taught me a different layer of what it takes to build something that actually works.

Right now, I'm thinking seriously about what AI does to product — not just as a feature, but as a fundamental restructuring of how software gets built and delivered. My edge is that I've been asking that question longer than most.
